Senior Pricing Analyst

Our client is offering a hybrid working model of three days in office, and two remote working days for Vancouver based candidates. Open to out of province candidates with remote working options. This is a contract through end of January 2026 with possibility for extension or permanent opportunity if business aligns.

What- the Role:
The Strategy team is a trusted partner in the development of long- and short-range global pricing strategies, working closely with many key cross functional partners, including merchandising, planning, finance, retail, and brand to assess and implement market, category and SKU level pricing opportunities globally.
- The team enables strategy development through a hypothesis-driven approach, supported by a strong fact base and logical framework for strategic, executive-level decision-making.
- Key strategic initiatives may include long term strategic AUR evolution, international market level pricing, value-based pricing, price testing capabilities, measuring financial impact of pricing initiatives on the global P&L.
- Enable our senior leaders to make decisions on strategic price moves, which directly impacts our enterprise P&L.
- Identify pricing opportunities to achieve revenue growth, margin maximization, and other strategic enterprise objectives
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses to inform market entry, category entry, or new innovation pricing
- Designing the methodology and conducting both quantitative and qualitative guest insights in order to validate key pricing hypotheses, such as measuring value perception or willingness-to-pay (driving multiple research questions)
- Ownership of ongoing tracking of overarching market forces, including macro trends and competitor shifts that may impact our relative positioning
- Coordinate cross-functional effort for execution of large-scale reprices (incl. brand, product, channel, and International partners at Sr levels of the organization )
- Build sensitivity models of different scenarios and synthesize results with powerful communication
- Support Sr Pricing Manager in standing up new COE processes, functions, and testing capabilities
- Offer Strategic Pricing recommendations for executive decision making
- Advise merchant and product teams on pricing for market entry, category entry, or new innovation
- Offer insights to support strategic price moves
Who – the Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree required, degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
- Pricing Consulting or Strategy Consulting (with meaningful pricing experience) with -3-5 years’ experience OR 4-5 years in pricing specific role
- Highly experienced working in PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx, or other data-analysis software
How Much:
$55-65/h commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay. If incorporated, please connect further with Swim

Vancouver BC, 3 days’ onsite, 2 days’ remote, if out of BC, open to remote work
