6 month contract Business Analyst role with a call centre technology team within an enterprise organization

  • 6-month contract Business Analyst role with a focus on call centre technology
  • Global enterprise organization
  • Hybrid work in Vancouver, on site 3 days a week.

What & Why:
Due to a large scale Salesforce implementation within our clients call centre, our client is looking to add 2 business analysts to their team to assist with some technology transformation work.  They are looking to integrate their social media technology into Salesforce, any experience with tools like Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout would be an asset. They are also looking for a business analyst to assist with optimization of their workforce management system.  They currently use Verint, and are looking to upgrade and optimize this experience for their team.  This is a great chance to join a growing team supporting the front line support staff.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 5+ years of business systems analyst experience
  • Experience working with technical/engineering teams
  • Experience with Salesforce an asset
  • Experience with Call Centre technology an asset
  • Experience with either social media technology or WFM technology with salesforce/call centre as a secondary skill

Compensation: this role pays $65-90 per hour
