Who- the Company:

Our client is a billion-dollar global public company with a reputation worldwide as the leader in their industry.
 

What- the Role:  

On behalf of our client, SWIM is seeking a new Senior Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS.
The portfolio of responsibilities is diverse and includes Compensation Analysis, HR Analytics and HR Reporting, strategic Benefits Management, and managing the integrity and optimization of the organization’s HRIS.  This role entails both routine and ad hoc reporting and giving presentations to the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and other internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager will also collaborate on HR-related budgeting. Reporting into the CHRO and working alongside management-level peers in other HR areas such as HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and payroll & benefits.
 

Who- the Candidate: 

Qualified candidates will have at least 12 years of progressive work experience in HR, with at last 4 years specializing in Total Rewards and HR Systems. Experience working for a complex and multinational company is required, and experience with a publicly-listed company is preferred.  
 

  • Compensation analysis experience and skills (compensation reviews, salary surveys, data collection, process improvement of compensation programs, etc.)
  • Candidates will be able to produce and present quantitative and qualitative analytical findings (mostly using Excel) to the executive leadership team to support strategic business decision making
  • HRIS subject matter expertise and experience with an HRIS project (upgrade, implementation, optimization, new modules).
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is an asset.

 

Where: 

Full-time in office. Downtown Vancouver in a beautiful corporate office with great views. Close to rapid transit and many amenities like restaurants and shops.  We are open to qualified candidates from across Canada who are able to relocate fully and permanently to Vancouver within ~1 month.
 

How Much: 

Robust total compensation package. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and education- in the range of $115,000 to $150,000. Plus, an RRSP match, a performance-based bonus, great health benefits, and other perks. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM.
