Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking an HR professional who is business-savvy, confident in their abilities, and who has a can-do approach to their work. Qualified candidates will have at least 8 years relevant and progressive experience in HR. Experience working in a complex corporation is preferred (doesn’t necessarily have to be a very large company- can be 300 to 3000 employees! The complexity and level of strategy is most important). Some form of post-secondary education pertaining to Human Resources is required, and the CPHR certification is an asset.
Where:
Downtown Vancouver. Close to public transit and many amenities like restaurants and shops. There is some opportunity for a couple days a week work-from-home flexibility, if the candidate requires.
How Much:
Very competitive base salary commensurate with experience and skills- the base salary is well in-line with what most companies in Vancouver pay for an HR Manager.
