Sr. Manager, Total Rewards
Our client is a large, successful, value-based, family-owned business. They have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Sr. Manager, Total Rewards who will be responsible for building, leading, and implementing various total rewards initiatives and projects. The Total Rewards Manager reports to a highly reputable VP HR, known for their ability to drive positive change.

What- the Role:
The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards is a newly created role and an exciting one! Some of the initial work has been set by an external Total Rewards consultant which puts our client well positioned with their total rewards strategy and roadmap. They are now ready to hire a permanent Sr. Manager, Total Rewards who will be responsible for implementing the company’s total rewards programs across their Canada and the US operations, which includes projects in the following areas: compensation (base and variable), recognition, well-being, benefits, retirement, and time -off programs.
The role oversees a team of 3 which includes HR Operations support.
Who- the Candidate:
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field, and a minimum of 5 + years total rewards experience, and 8-10 years of related experience, the ideal candidate will also have their CPHR designation and/or CCP. Our client seeks a collaborative leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who is effective in building cross-functional partnerships with the business. Prior experience in the design and implementation of total rewards programs and systems across other companies in Canada and US is required, in addition to deep knowledge of compensation, recognition, wellness, time-off, leaves, benefits and retirement programs.
