What & Why:
Our client is looking to add a System Analyst to their support team. You will be responsible for ensure all systems (Dynamics 365, OSC, Five9, Verint, Twilio, and more) are maintained at a high level of operational excellence. You will analyze causes of alerts or reports of performance or stability issues for applications and monitor, maintain and troubleshoot new and existing systems including Dynamics 365, OSC, Five9 and more. This role will also communicate with vendors for troubleshooting, development, and escalations. You will lead Major Incident scenarios, working with internal and external partners to resolve scenarios, and communicating with leadership, lead problem root cause analysis and resolution of production related incidents and work closely with operational partners to support with resolving technical issues. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, with 3 days a week in office
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
2+ years of experience in an L2/L3 support role supporting some of this tech stack:
D365, Salesforce, Five9, PCI Pal, Verint, Twilio, Quiq, OSC, Sprinklr, Talkative, Acuity, Medallia, ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA
High level of experience administering and supporting one or more of the following applications: Salesforce, Verint, Sprinklr, and Twilio. Preference for experience with Salesforce or Verint.
Familiarity with supporting userbase of 500+ users
Knowledge of ITSM best practices
