6-month contract Business Analyst role focused on the HRIS workstream of a global enterprise organization.

What & Why:

As a result of growth and investment in technology our client is looking to add a contract Business Analyst to work within their people enablement team. This role will focus on supporting their Talent Enablement space, with the primary system being Avature or Docebo. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create business, functional and solution requirements for features and functionality to support their internal business needs and candidate experiences.  You will be working alongside a growing team with a great leader who really values autonomy and personal growth.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work model.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 3-5 years as a technical business analyst; HR domain experience required, ideally in either enterprise learning/LMSs or Hiring/systems

• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management for small to medium initiatives

• Experience working in agile teams

• Proven facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the end user needs at top of mind

• Experience with JIRA, confluence and Miro tools, as well as either hiring or learning tools (Avature/Docebo ideal)
