6-month contract IT support role with a global retail organization with great office space located close to the Burrard Bridge.

  • 6-month contract IT Support Analyst role

What & Why:
As a result of growth we are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to our clients team.  This team provides best-in-class support worldwide through phone, email and ServiceNow. You will be troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving corporate application issues through a full incident lifecycle, while prioritizing and organizing multiple streams of work at one time.  You will master both the technical applications and operational processes of how the retail technologies work in store, partnering closely with level 3/cross functional teams for continuous learning.  You will be managing tickets through agent workspace in ServiceNow, by taking ownership and providing accurate & timely updates in your personal queue and the Retail queue, meeting SLAs and KPIs for incidents, tasks, and CSATs.  This is a great team to join as there are endless opportunities for learning and growth!

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and this role will be fully on-site.

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 2+ years of work experience directly related to L2 technology support OR completed degree or diploma in IT related field and 1+ year work experience directly related to IT support

  • Strong knowledge in Windows and/or Mac operating systems

  • A clear communicator, with ability to explain technical things to non-technical people
