Our client is a Vancouver-based investment firm with a notable portfolio of companies. WHAT- The Role:

This successful Canadian organization is seeking a new Corporate Administrator / Office Manager.  The responsibilities of this role will evolve over the years and the Corporate Administrator will have the opportunity to take on new duties and challenges based on their performance and results. The responsibilities include executive assistance, office management, project coordination, and event planning.

 

WHO- The Candidate:

We are seeking people who are self-motivated and who are able to work autonomously with little direction. Qualified individuals for this role will also be passionate team players who love supporting senior leaders and “looking around corners” to predict issues. Candidates will have at least 3 years and ideally 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar capacity- perhaps as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Personal Executive Assistant. Corporate event planning skills are an asset. Some adjectives that come to mind for the ideal individual for this role include efficient, loyal, professional, organized, articulate, creative, and resourceful.

 

HOW MUCH:

Very generous total compensation. In addition to base salary (commensurate with experience), the Corporate Administrator/Office Manager will be eligible for full health & dental benefits (after a wait period), professional development support (if relevant to the role), and a discretionary performance-based bonus, as well as great perks and product discounts. WHERE:

The beautiful corporate office is in the heart of downtown Vancouver, close to a SkyTrain station.  The company will provide the Corporate Administrator with a monthly subsidy for parking OR a transit pass.
