What – the Role:
You will be the key resource for the CFO and two other Senior Executives within the Finance team. This opportunity is as wide as it is deep, a diverse administrative role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about this type of work, skilled and experienced fulfilling executive assistant duties, is flexible and an excellent communicator.
Duties will include but will not be limited to; meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements, management of flow of information to the CFO and Senior Executives including calls and emails, expense report preparation, event planning, preparation of correspondence, presentation preparation, creating and editing various reports, letters, briefing notes, digital presentations and memos. The position will also be responsible for acting as the main point of contact between the CFO, Executives and internal/external stakeholders. Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with a strong business sense! This role requires a mature and professional attitude, strong administrative, secretarial, coordination, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The incumbent must also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be comfortable with changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines under pressure. The role requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant Executive Assistant experience gained from a similar position and environment. Refined administrative and communicative skills required. Advanced user of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
The EA will work Monday to Friday in a downtown Vancouver corporate office, steps away from rapid transit and plenty of amenities.
Base salary commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, the new EA will receive great health benefit and will be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
