Global in nature, this role is supporting campaigns across North America and liaising with sales teams internally. Ideally candidates will come from a relevant construction or industrial industry and a B-to-B environment!

What- the Role:
Reporting to the Global Director Marketing, this Marketing Campaign Manager, is an exciting newly created role to support the growth, marketing, and brand of the organization.
As the new Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll join a team of marketing professionals focusing on executing various marketing initiatives in North America and extending our influence on global licensees. Our primary goal is to expand our market share by generating marketing-qualified leads and ensuring our brand remains foremost in the minds of the construction market.
This role will execute the end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.
At the heart of your role is a commitment to delivering high-quality work. We count on you to ensure brand consistency and compliance with our marketing guidelines. Your knack for staying highly organized, being self-motivated, and independently coordinating tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Some of the duties will include the ability to:

Implement comprehensive inbound marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Execute and manage our social media campaign to increase visibility and engage with our target audience, including follow-up metrics and suggestions for future improvements.

Contribute to the creation and upkeep of project references to showcase our accomplishments.

Manage marketing service tickets and provide marketing sales support for the USA/Canada region.

Provide regular internal marketing updates to the international and North American sales teams via email.

Source, purchase, organize, and maintain an adequate inventory of promotional items, literature, and technical materials.

Uphold brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines in all materials produced.

Qualifications include:

Exceptional command over the English language.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency in marketing software, including HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite.

At least five years experience in a B2B marketing-related position, preferably in the construction or industrial market.
