What- the Role:
On behalf of our Client, SWIM is recruiting for a new Customer Experience Associate who will be joining a team of 10, and reporting directly into the Manager, Customer Service. This is a permanent full-time position.
The CEA is responsible for trouble-shooting issues and determining if the problem involves sales, servicing, and/or equipment. The CEA will also provide insight to customers with regards to promotions and new product offerings. This is mostly a business-to-business (B2B) role, and the Customer Experience Associate will be communicating with customers who are in management at restaurants and other businesses across Canada.

Who- the Candidate:
We’re seeking up & coming professionals who are reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to produce good quality work.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant customer service work experience, ideally in a B2B service centre communicating with customers by phone call and instant messenger.
Candidates with excellent customer service experience as a barista in a high-end café will also be considered.
Good computer systems skills are important. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly team player attitude.
The range on the base salary is $40,000 to $46,000 (approximately $20 to $22.50 an hour), and depends on various factors such as number of years of relevant work experience, education, and customer service skills- please discuss further with SWIM.

HYRID. The Company’s corporate headquarters are in Burnaby, BC. The office has a gym, showers, and bike lockers. Free employee parking. Once they are fully trained up, the Customer Experience Associate can work from home up to 2 days a week.
