What & Why:
Due to large scale business transformation, our client is looking to add a change management lead to their team to assist with the transformation. This is a very high visibility program which ultimately touches almost every user within the organization. You will be responsible for the development of change management deliverables and the execution of communication and engagement activities for specific projects. You will also engage key stakeholders in the change impact assessment and readiness process and will collaborate with cross-functional initiative partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout different project phases. You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

3-5 years of strong change management background leading programs in end-to-end change – from the impact assessment/stakeholder analysis phase through to implementation and working with the business on building sustainment plans.

Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent listening and facilitation skills

Proven experience influencing others to move towards a common goal

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related discipline
