We are looking for a fluid HR Manager with a strong ability to continue to build the HR function for this growing company. Managing an HR Generalist that is strong in her role, we are looking for someone that can be a partner to her, strong HR leader, coach but still hands in recruitment and partnering with the senior leadership team in HR programs, HR Metrics, benchmarking and HR Strategy. What- the Position: 

As the Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for managing the HR departments initiatives, budgets, and workload. This position will ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting company values, Company Vision, shaping a positive, and productive culture. Managing an HR Generalist, this role will be working alongside her in continuing to build the HR function for their growing company. This position will offer variety strong business partnership in employee relations, coaching, in building HR programs and best practices for the organization in working with the leadership team. This position is hands on in recruitment to support growth and looking to build HR Metrics, benchmarking and HR Strategy. Swim can provide a more detailed job description to interested candidates. 

Who- the Candidate: 

We are seeking candidates with at least 5-7 years relevant and progressive experience in human resources, including 2+ years in management capacities. 
Other key qualifications include: 

  • Degree or Certificate in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or similar work experience.
  • Experience in management, operations, and Human Resources.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to be fluid and manage change.
  • Proven leadership skills including a demonstrated ability to build HR programs that align with company strategy and vision.
  • Outstanding organizations skills and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Employment Law, supporting diversity, compensation, sexual harassment law, and wage structure.
  • Benefits Administration, Experience in building compensation plans including classifying Employees and in Performance Management is ideal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, Outlook, ERP and HRMS systems


Vancouver offering a Hybrid work schedule.
