Who-the Candidate:

We are seeking an exceptional customer service focused professional with a strong business sense and fluency in both French and English! This is a unique opportunity to join a very progressive and career-oriented organization, so we are looking for like-minded individuals. This role requires a mature and professional attitude, strong administrative, organizational, coordination and communication skills. The incumbent must also have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines under pressure. A post-secondary degree is preferred, ideally in Business Administration or Marketing, Communications or Business.

What - the Opportunity: 

Acting as the voice of our client online, the Guest Engagement Coordinator will have a responsibility and ability to build and nurture both internal and external relationships with guest feedback service providers. Responsibilities will include but not limited to providing real time response to guest enquiries and concerns, monitoring trends, identifying opportunity to better meet online needs of guests, ensuring brand level questions, concerns and feedback are received though various media channels and actioned appropriately, ensuring processes for feedback and escalations are in place and working accordingly, liaising with operations team and other departments to ensure flow of enquiries and escalations, working closely with guests and leaders to assist in timely resolution. Ability to perform tasks cohesively in both French and English is a requirement of the role. 

Where: 

North Vancouver. Nice & spacious office very close to the SeaBus and other transit. Option to work remote 2 days per week. Vaccination policy.
