This position will directly support 3 VP’s, 2 based in Vancouver and 1 in Toronto. This role offers a great work life balance with a 35-hour work week.

What- the Role:
This is a very well-rounded Executive Assistant opportunity spanning a variety of areas such as complex calendar management, in-person and video meeting scheduling, travel coordination, email organizing, event planning, document creation, internal & external communications.
Who- the Candidate:
We are looking for a highly organized and friendly individual with an outgoing demeanour who is values-based and is a humble team player with great written and verbal communication skills.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years’ relevant experience directly supporting busy executives in very fast-paced business environments. The new EA will be someone who takes the time to get to know the ins & outs of the company’s complex, interesting, and high-growth business operations.

Due to their continued growth, our client recently moved into a brand-new HQ very close to Surrey Central SkyTrain station. The brand-new building has secure parking, a gym, lockers, showers, bike storage, etc. and lots of retail/food services on the ground floor.
Training will take place entirely at the office, and the EA will be working from the office on days when the CEO is working from the HQ. This role offers a ton of flexibility, you will be working with 2 other EA’s who support different people and you can all work together on a hybrid schedule.
Ideally 3-4 days in the office at the start and when the CEO is not in the office you can totally work from home.
The company’s Vancouver head office is easily accessible by car, bike, and rapid transit.
