Our client requires a part-time treasury clerk to support their peak season and some recent team changes. They require a contractor 16 hours/week for 3-4 months. Although a few hours/day, Monday-Friday is ideal, they are open to candidates seeking flexibility over 2-3 working days.

Manage and support Cash Operations ServiceNow tickets

Coding and processing Treasury related invoices

Initiate manual wire transactions for treasury, FX, and intercompany transactions

Support New Store Opening operations and tasks

Ad hoc data entry
Who – the Candidate:
-
1-2 years relevant accounting experience and administrative experience

Experience coding and processing invoices
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented

Good systems skills: Excel, COUPA, ServiceNow (can train on COUPA/ServiceNow)
How Much:
$25-28/hr commensurate with level of experience + 4% vacation pay
