6 month contact Technical Program Manager contract role delivering the technology for a full office buildout in downtown Vancouver.

What & Why:
This role is focused on a single, high-priority initiative: the end-to-end technology delivery for a large-scale downtown Vancouver office buildout. The scope spans network and low-voltage infrastructure, AV and collaboration technology, desk technology, security systems, and asset management, from design phase through to occupancy and operational handoff. The role requires sustained on-site presence to monitor progress and resolve issues in real time, and carries significant vendor management responsibility including SOW development, RFI processes, and contract negotiations in partnership with Procurement. Budget ownership is material, with the qualifications referencing programs exceeding $20M, and the role interfaces directly with senior leadership through formal governance forums. This is a delivery-focused, execution-oriented position that sits at the intersection of technology, construction, and facilities, and requires someone who understands construction schedules, critical paths, and trade dependencies as well as they understand enterprise infrastructure.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5+ years leading large-scale technology infrastructure programs in office or enterprise environments, including network, AV, end-user devices, and meeting room technologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure for large-scale global office environments and managing cross-functional vendor relationships end-to-end.
- Strong financial and budget management experience, including ownership of programs exceeding $20M.
- Proven ability to manage risk and dependencies under tight timelines in fast-paced, construction-adjacent delivery environments.
Compensation:
This role pays between $105-115 per hour.
