We are currently hiring for a full-time IT Project Manager on behalf of an established Canadian company in the food industry, where you will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of their enterprise ERP platform (NetSuite) and other major IT programs.

What & Why:

Currently mid-implementation of a major NetSuite ERP project in order to replace their legacy system, our client is looking for an IT PM to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of their ERP platform and other major IT programs. This role oversees the full lifecycle of NetSuite—from deployment to long-term enhancement, customization, support, and organizational adoption—while also driving additional software and technology initiatives as the company grows.

An established Canadian company in the Food industry. With local Headquarters in Burnaby, they are investing significantly in IT and digital infrastructure which includes a multi-million dollar NetSuite ERP Implementation. The organization is tight-knit, down-to-earth, and invests in leadership development for high performers.
 

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts for large-scale software or ERP implementations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record leading ERP implementations and enterprise-scale software initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of financial, operational, and supply chain business processes.
  • Experience with system integrations, customization, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Compensation:  

Base salary up to $110,000 CAD plus benefits, vacation, and RRSP.
