6-month contract Product Manager focused on enterprise AI initiatives for a global retail organization with an on site work environment.

- Primarily on-site work available in downtown Vancouver, 4 days a week in office.
What & Why:
As a result of growth within their automation team, our client is looking to add an AI Product Manager to their team. This role is focused on building out the enterprise agentic AI systems. In this role you will help shape what this team builds and why. You will own prioritisation across a growing portfolio of automation and AI initiatives, act as the strategic voice of the team to business and executive stakeholders, and get close enough to the technology to prototype, evaluate, and improve what we ship. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, operational rigour, and hands-on AI delivery.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and this role will be primarily on site, 4 days a week in an office.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3–5 years in product management or business analysis with demonstrated backlog ownership and sprint delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern automation or AI platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, or similar).
- Proven ability to build business cases, model ROI, and present investment recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable writing and evaluating system prompts and agent configurations; familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or MCP is a plus.
Compensation:
This role pays between $60-65 per hour..
