What & Why:

In this role you’ll lead our client’s multi-year Quality Engineering transformation program across two integrated tracks: accelerating test automation, AI-enabled solutions, and shift-left practices, while embedding and operationalizing a managed QE service with vendor partners.
As program owner, you’ll manage end-to-end delivery including scope, roadmap, budget, and benefits realization. You’ll establish governance frameworks, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, lead vendor engagement (onboarding, SLAs, capacity planning), and drive adoption of new capabilities across engineering teams. You’ll track financial performance, productivity baselines, and value realization (reduced cycle time, improved quality) while proactively managing program risks.
This role requires technical fluency in QE (test strategies, CI/CD integration, automation patterns), proven experience implementing managed services, and the ability to improve release quality and velocity while lowering total cost of testing through modern QE operating models and data-driven governance.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 8-12+ years in program management or delivery leadership, with direct experience leading QE transformation programs.
• QE technical fluency including test strategies, test data management, CI/CD integration, and automation patterns.
• Proven track record implementing managed services including vendor selection, onboarding, SLAs, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong program governance and financial management skills with experience managing budgets, benefits realization, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination in global environments (experience with AI-driven capabilities a bonus).
   

Compensation:

This role pays between $105-115 per hour.
