What & Why:
As a result of investment our client is looking to add a contract program coordinator to their team to support a very high-profile transformation program. In this role you’ll play a key support role within the program portfolio, helping to plan, coordinate, and execute projects that range from complex cross-functional transformations to targeted regional initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Project Managers and PMO leadership to build out project plans, track milestones and KPIs, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned every step of the way. If you’re an early-career PM who’s organized, adaptable, and energized by keeping complex moving pieces on track, this is a great opportunity to grow your project management career inside a globally recognized brand.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices just outside downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days a week in office.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, supply chain operations, or a similar field; background in the apparel industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Compensation:
This role pays between $30-40 per hour.
