What & Why:
Due to investment in AI, we are looking for a technical program manager to join a high profile team. In this role you’ll serve as a Program Manager on the Data & AI Security team within Cybersecurity Engineering, where you’ll lead organization-wide security awareness initiatives and execute scalable security programs specifically focused on safeguarding data used in AI functions and other sensitive information across the organization. You’ll partner with the lead architect to define and maintain security roadmaps that align with enterprise risk, governance, and business goals while ensuring AI systems and data pipelines maintain robust security measures. Your role involves managing budgets, supporting tool evaluations to strengthen data and AI security capabilities, and collaborating with multiple teams including enterprise architecture, engineering, digital, legal, and cyber awareness teams.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week on site.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5+ years leading strategic security or technology programs, managing budgets and operating plans while partnering with enterprise architecture, engineering, digital, and legal teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience coordinating across global, cross-functional environments and influencing teams toward common security goals and objectives.
- Robust organizational change management capabilities, including leading awareness campaigns, communications strategies, and user training initiatives to foster security culture adoption.
- Hands-on experience with data security platform implementations (such as Microsoft Purview or DSPM tools), vendor management, and resource planning to strengthen enterprise security capabilities.
Compensation:
This role pays between $85-90 per hour.
