What & Why:

Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong retail supply chain experience to join our client’s team. This role supports global supply chain team by leading the development and delivery of software solutions that optimize how products move from manufacturing through to customers. You’d act as the bridge between supply chain operations and technology teams, translating complex business challenges into technical products that improve efficiency across the product lifecycle, from sourcing and production to distribution and delivery. Working in an agile environment, you’d define product roadmaps, manage development backlogs, and ensure the software tools you deliver help scale their operations while reducing environmental impact and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment with 4 days a week in office.
 

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager.
• Domain experience in supply chain.
• Experience supporting at least one analytics-focused project for a minimum of six months.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in ambiguous environments, with examples of success.
• Proven track record of delivering and deploying technical products in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology, and metrics.
• Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.), and frameworks for technical products (initiatives, features, epics, user stories).

Compensation:

This role pays between $80-95 per hour.
