6-month contract Knowledge Management Coordinator role with a global enterprise organization with hybrid work in Vancouver

What & Why:
Due to investment in technology, we are seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator for our enterprise client. This role manages workflows for the creation, publishing, and archiving of content. In this role you will work in an advisory role with content owners and authors, manages content audits and reviews, and ensures correct structure and organization of content under the guidance of the Knowledge Manager. This role is not about creating content; rather it’s about the data structure and how to organize all the information in the right hierarchies and taxonomies. Any experience with metadata would be a huge asset as getting the metadata under control is a huge underpinning for all of the AI work in the future. SME are doing all of the writing for the differing areas, this role is not responsible for the content creation, this role is responsible for and owns the metadata. This is a very cool role for someone with a library sciences type background to move into industry.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities around managing information or content.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, and/or other content creation, knowledge base, or information management systems.
Compensation:
This role pays $35-45 per hour.
