What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology and new systems implementation our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to help drive innovation forward. In this role, you will lead large, complex projects that support our clients distribution centers and the technology that powers them including warehouse management systems, material handling integrations, labor systems, and reporting tools. You’ll partner closely with DC leaders, business owners, and engineering teams to build delivery plans, manage timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure outcomes align with operational goals. You will own the full project lifecycle: facilitating cross-functional alignment, managing risks and dependencies, driving clear communication, and ensuring teams stay focused on delivering value. You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams, support both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and keep stakeholders informed with transparent, proactive updates.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week on site.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 10+ years of solid project manager role and experience in supply chain preferably distribution operations
- Experience working in an agile development including tools like JIRA, Confluence, and others.
- Experience managing project budgets in excess of $1M.
- 2 or more years of experience managing remote teams.
- Nice to have first level scrum training (Certified Scrum Master).
Compensation:
This role pays between $90-100 per hour.
