QA Analyst
6-month contract QA Analyst role working to ensure the accuracy of global inventory systems for a local retail organization.

What & Why:
Due to new technology implementations, our client is looking to add a QA Analyst to their team. In this role you’ll support the team by ensuring the accuracy, stability, and performance of systems that power global pricing, sales, and inventory operations. The team primarily works with the Oracle Retail suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA, and RIB), but experience with any large-scale retail or inventory management systems will be considered highly relevant. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business analysts to design and execute test plans, validate integrations and data flows, and maintain the quality of mission-critical applications. You’ll bring a strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, and the technical acumen to troubleshoot across multiple connected systems. Ideal candidates have experience testing ERP, merchandising, or inventory platforms within complex enterprise environments. Familiarity with Oracle Retail technologies, AWS or OCI, and microservice-based architectures are strong assets.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an in person work arrangement with 4 days a week in office.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 7+ years of deep experience with Oracle technologies with specific knowledge and implementation of Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE);
- 4+ years of extensive experience in integrating packaged solutions using message based, service based and batch architectures.
- Experience with AWS or OCI will be preferred.
- Expertise in developing micro-service and service-based architecture in global environments.
- Oracle Performance tuning expertise will be an added advantage
Compensation:
This role pays between $70-80 per hour.
