What & Why:
As a result of growth and investment in technology our enterprise client is looking to add a Communications Lead to support the training of a large group of end users. As they look to scale Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business, our client is looking for a communications lead to be the voice and energy behind one of their most transformative technology initiatives. You’ll craft compelling narratives that spark curiosity, build confidence, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools across the organization. From fun, on-brand newsletters to meticulously scheduled onboarding sessions, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects their culture of innovation, mindfulness, and community.

They are well known for their corporate culture and has won major awards for their accomplishments. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a primarily on-site work environment with 4 days a week in office.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 2+ years in internal communications, change enablement, or employee engagement—ideally in a tech-forward or retail environment.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a flair for making technical topics relatable.
- Experience with newsletter platforms, intranet tools, and scheduling systems (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or generative AI tools is a plus.
Compensation:
This role pays between $45-50 per hour.
