What & Why:

As a result of investment in AI/ML technologies, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to help drive AI/ML forward. we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in the rapidly evolving fields of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. This role is ideal for someone with deep project management experience in technical domains and a strong understanding of retail forecasting, planning, and analytics systems. As a Senior PM, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects, from scoping and planning through execution, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer. You’ll manage multiple agile teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise, and ensure delivery of business value in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an on-site work arrangement, with 4 days a week on site.  
 

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, specifically with AI/ML or data science teams
• Proven experience leading agile/scrum teams in matrixed organizations
• Strong knowledge of retail systems and operations, especially in planning and forecasting domains
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation:

This role pays between $90-105 per hour.
