Our client is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their growing team, this role is a 3 month contract to start. This team helps ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. In this role you will work closely with internal technical teams and different facets of the Technology organization as well as the business. You will provide on-going analytical, and testing supports that meet the project needs. You ideally have experience with software testing through a business systems lens and be proficient in documenting integrations and have solid experience with SLQ.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing team who has delivered serious ROI for the organization through the years.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

•  
• 4+ years of experience as a systems analyst or business systems analyst
• 2-3 years of proven software testing experience including Test Case Development and Execution (through a Business Systems lens)
• Proficient in documenting integrations and experience with SQL
• Proven ability to follow through with defect lifecycle to satisfy the acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Working Experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Highly desirable if you have previous working experience in a retail organization.
• Highly desired if you have working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices like Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment is considered an asset.

Compensation: this role pays between $60-80 per hour
