6-month contract Business Systems Analyst role working with an enterprise organization working on a business transformation program

• BSA contract role with an enterprise retail organization

• Hybrid work in Vancouver, 3 days a week in office

What & Why:

As a result of growth our global enterprise client is looking to add a contract BSA to their program team transforming how they deliver value to their customers. In this role you will focus on creating detailed process maps for all functions within the team delivering systems requirements, data flows and processes descriptions through the full product life cycle.  This role will also identify process inefficiencies by mapping and/or utilizing data analysis and modelling to assess current state of streamlined processes and support with designing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This is a great time to join this team as they look to further invest in sustainability, product integrity and quality management. In this role you will need to support the APAC region so some evening hours are required.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 5+ years experience as a SA or BSA
• Experience with process mapping and system mapping tools like Visio
• Experience with system architecture
• Experience with BI reporting tools, PowerBI preferred.
