What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a permanent Insights Analyst to their head office team. You will play a pivotal role in the organization, focusing on unraveling the complexities of pricing strategies and their impact on market elasticity. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, business acumen, and a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analytics, with specific experience in analyzing pricing models and consumer behavior.  You should have solid experience with SQL and ideally have the capability to help set up PowerBI for the team. This is a really unique opportunity to help drive major ROI for a well established and successful organization.

They are a leader in their field and are backed by a well diversified private equity company.  This company has their headquarters located in Delta and the role has an expectation of 2-3 days a week on site.  This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work with some great leaders.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or insights analyst role
• Experience driving insights for a retail or e-commerce organization
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership
• Proficient in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• Working experience with large-scale data is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
