    • Build relationships and manage sales activities of edgeband within your customer base.
    • Work closely with your industry-based customer to understand their current and future products
    • Providing a high level of customer service to your customers, developing solutions to align with the customer need
    • Perform new customer calls and take an active part in order management
    • Educating customers about edgeband products offerings and new product development

    Who- the Candidate: We are seeking a thought leader who will be the company’s top individual dedicated to corporate & external communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years progressive experience in corporate communications, including:


    • Global media and analyst relations experience with an emphasis on US-based and Canadian-based contacts 
    • Investor communications
    • Executive communications experience in technology (ideally software/SaaS), ideally with both private and public companies
    • People leadership experience (teams of 2+ direct reports, preferably at manager-level) 
    • Agency work experience is considered an asset 
    • Experience in Technology Analyst Relations with companies such as Gartner and Forrester
    • A proven track record of creating an open dialogue that positively influences analysts’ perceptions and research rankings of company strategy, product, platform, and performance (note that approximately 30% to 50% of the role will involve analyst relations)

    The sales operation manager will be responsible for driving and overseeing the sales forecasting process. The successful candidate will also support opportunity management, tertiary account management, sales analytics and reporting as well as field automation initiatives
    • Pipeline Management – Maintains the sales pipeline through consistent monitoring and working closely with the sales team to ensure the Salesforce accurately reflects ongoing sales opportunities
