Simon’s initial career choice was accounting and finance and he trained as a Chartered Accountant in England; With this solid foundation he moved into recruitment over 10 years ago and has had a successful career advising and placing top tier finance, accounting and taxation professionals. Well known in the Lower Mainland as the person who can match the right people to the right positions, Simon’s trusting approach to quality will help you take the plunge.

Simon holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from the University of Leeds, England.

With 10+ years in the recruitment industry, Bodil brings both an agency background and in-house recruitment experience. On the agency side, Bodil has worked all the way from recruitment consultant to branch manager for some of the country’s leading agencies. On the consulting side, Bodil has provided recruitment process engineering for clients in the hi-tech community, in all areas from Finance to Technology, across Canada.

Bodil studied Anthropology at the University of Toronto from 1992-1996.

Vanessa’s experience in the recruitment industry spans over 8 years and includes customer service, recruitment and administration in Vancouver’s leading agencies. Currently at Swim, Vanessa heads up the Professional Recruiting Division, which includes Administration, Sales & Marketing, HR, AP/AR, Legal and Office, both permanent and temporary.
